iOS Mail App

Step 1. Open the ‘Settings‘ app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Scroll through the settings menu and tap on the ‘Mail‘ option.

Step 3. In the mail settings, tap on the ‘Accounts‘ option.

Step 4. Tap on the account you want to remove.

Step 5. Tap on the ‘Delete Account‘ option to remove the email account from your iPhone device.

Android (General)

Note: Different versions of Android may have different steps for how to delete your account.

Step 1. Open the Android email app.

Step 2. Select Menu (⋮) and Settings.

Step 3. Select the email account you wish to remove.

Step 4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.

Step 5. Click OK to confirm.
