What do I do if I have weak cell phone signal in my building?

If you work in a building where your cell phone carrier does not have a strong signal then ITS recommends you enable wireless calling on your phone. As long as your phone can connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot, you can make a call. If you find that you cannot connect to Wi-Fi in your building then please contact ITS and we’ll ensure that area has coverage.
